The guarantee, agreed by all parties involved, is valid for 3 months from the start of the employment contract in Romania, or the EU area, and is granted if the Beneficiary fully complies with the conditions agreed upon at the time of recruitment and selection of the employee, in terms of conditions related to accommodation and meals, as appropriate, as well as the conditions that are the subject of the employment contract in terms of the rights and obligations of the employee, by the individual employment contract, the job description and the Romanian legislation in force, or of the country in the EU area, where he/she will be employed. If there are other expenses, that are not deductible, or unforeseen expenses, they will be borne by the Beneficiary.

We strive to provide the quickest possible response to candidates during the selection process, but response times may vary depending on employers and specific positions. You must keep in touch with the recruitment office and the employer to keep up to date with the status of the process and any responses.

 

The employment contract will be signed directly with the partner employer, so you will be employed by that company.

 

For a start, it is good to know that we have to be notified about this and if this cannot be rectified, we will move you to a new host family.
