IJC Jobs offers the employer and the employee a guarantee which means that all replacement costs are paid by the Provider. The guarantee, agreed by all parties involved, is valid for 3 months from the start of the employment contract in Romania, or the EU area, and is granted if the Beneficiary fully complies with the conditions agreed upon at the time of recruitment and selection of the employee, in terms of conditions related to accommodation and meals, as appropriate, as well as the conditions that are the subject of the employment contract in terms of the rights and obligations of the employee, by the individual employment contract, the job description and the Romanian legislation in force, or of the country in the EU area, where he/she will be employed. If there are other expenses, that are not deductible, or unforeseen expenses, they will be borne by the Beneficiary.

The employment contract will be signed directly with the partner employer, so you will be employed by that company.

We usually have long-term jobs with a minimum 1-year contract, which can be extended and also terminated at any time with 2-6 weeks’ notice if there are any problems.
All our host families are guaranteed a minimum of 28 days off per year (including official national holidays). These can be taken at any time with prior agreement.
