NO UPFRONT FEES

Our payment policy for recruitment services is such that payment is only made after the employee has integrated into the job offered. We do not charge any upfront fees. Our work does not stop after the candidate is hired. We follow up on the integration process to ensure that the employee has found the right job and that the employer is satisfied with the services provided.

THE RIGHT JOB

This guarantee covers replacement costs for three months from the start of the employment contract in Romania or the EU. The beneficiary must fully respect the agreed initial conditions, including accommodation and meals (if applicable), as well as the provisions of the employment contract, the job description, and the legislation in force in Romania or the EU country where he/she will be employed. Expenses not included in the contract are not covered and will be borne by the Beneficiary.
