Our payment policy for recruitment services is such that payment is only made after the employee has integrated into the job offered. We do not charge any upfront fees. Our work does not stop after the candidate is hired. We follow up on the integration process to ensure that the employee has found the right job and that the employer is satisfied with the services provided.
THE RIGHT JOB
This guarantee covers replacement costs for three months from the start of the employment contract in Romania or the EU. The beneficiary must fully respect the agreed initial conditions, including accommodation and meals (if applicable), as well as the provisions of the employment contract, the job description, and the legislation in force in Romania or the EU country where he/she will be employed. Expenses not included in the contract are not covered and will be borne by the Beneficiary.

How does the recruitment process take place?
- In the first phase, a face-to-face meeting takes place between the IJC Jobs team and the employer.
- During this meeting, the CEO of the company presents a detailed description of the vacant position and its requirements
- In order to find potential employees, there are various methods that are employed to advertise the job, including direct search, headhunting, online advertisements, reaching out to professionals on social media platforms, and leveraging IJC Jobs' extensive professional network. IJC Jobs has more than 15 years of experience in this field.
How does the selection process work?
- In the first phase, a short telephone interview is held with candidates, based on the CV submitted
- After conducting interviews, suitable candidates will be selected for a second interview with our team.
- During the interview they will be presented with the responsibilities and requirements of the vacant position, the information provided in the CV will be checked and our experts will be able to collect details about the candidates, regarding their competencies in certain skills, experiences, achievements, and duties in previous jobs, as well as possible references.
- At this stage of the selection process, at the client's request, an actual test of professional skills may also take place.
- Subsequently, based on the information received, a list of the best candidates will be created for the final interview with the employer, who, based on the recommendations provided by our team and the discussion held with the potential employees, will decide who is best suited to join his company's team6.
- Of course, the hiring process does not stop here but also includes a period during which the employee's work and integration in the new workplace is followed up.
- An invoice is issued for the service provided.
