Live in Domestic Couple Wanted in Silchester

Separate accommodation (2-bedroom cottage) provided

A lovely British-Swiss family, who are based mainly in Switzerland, are seeking a reliable couple to look after their country home in England. The property is only occupied for around 2–3 months of the year. The current couple, who will be leaving shortly, have been with the family for over 10 years.

Location: Near Silchester (between Reading and Basingstoke)
Start date: Sometime in May

Duties will include:
• keeping the house clean, tidy and well maintained
• laundry and ironing
• preparing simple, home-cooked meals
• keeping the garden and grounds neat and tidy
• minor repairs and general maintenance
• driving duties, such as airport transfers
• overseeing and caring for the property
• dog walking

Salary & benefits:
• £50,000–£55,000 gross per annum per couple
• separate accommodation
• bills included

Requirements:
• an experienced, well-organised couple
• discreet, reliable and friendly manner
• full driving licence
• right to work in the UK – We do not offer sponsorship
