Key Account Coordinator – Head of Service Relations

For our partner in the railway transport industry, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Coordinator – Head of Service Relations to join their team in Cluj, Bucharest, or Timișoara.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in railway transport, railway maneuvers, or railway logistics
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Residence in Cluj, Bucharest, or Timișoara

Responsibilities:

• Developing and presenting offers
• Managing and reporting on provided services
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Creating commercial documentation for reporting
• Preparing documentation for participation in tenders

Availability for travel and meetings with customers
