A warm and welcoming family of five (with children aged 6, 4, and 1) living just 7 miles from Newport, Wales, is looking for a Polish-speaking live-in nanny and housekeeper to join them on a long-term basis. The position is for a minimum of 6 months, with the hope of a longer commitment.

As a bilingual family (English–Polish), they are looking for someone who can help their children strengthen their Polish language skills through daily conversation, play, and routines.

What the Family Offers:

• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Competitive net hourly pay: £16
• Full board: Private room and meals provided
• Use of a car for work purposes

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Morning routines – getting children ready for school and nursery
• School and nursery drop-offs/pick-ups (driving license required)
• Caring for the youngest child during the day
• Light housekeeping tasks (a cleaner visits regularly)
• Cooking meals and doing grocery shopping
• Organizing fun and enriching activities for the children
• Speaking Polish with the children to help develop their language skills

What They’re Looking For:

• Fluent Polish and conversational English
• Driving license and driving experience
• Previous experience in childcare or similar roles
• Right to work in the UK – we don’t offer Visa sponsorship
• Kind, trustworthy, and proactive personality
