At the request of our partner in Târgu Mureș, who is active in the distribution of medical equipment, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales department, responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to maximize sales performance. This role involves creating promotional materials, organizing promotional events, and bringing strategic innovation to market approach.
Requirements:
- Graduate in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, or Public Relations)
- Specialized courses in marketing, sales, and management
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and at least 2 years in a similar position
Essential competencies:
- Strategic planning (setting objectives, strategy, budget, tactics, and evaluation methods)
- Market research (questionnaires, market assessment, etc.)
- Brand development
- Direct and indirect sales techniques
- Negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management (B2C)
- Account management (B2B)
- Networking and creating new connections
- Public relations (event organization, internal communication, press releases, press conferences, etc.)
- Social Media channel management
- Content writing for website and blog
- Advanced PC skills – MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (advanced level)
- In-depth understanding of the local market
- General knowledge of the Romanian business environment
- Knowledge of relevant legislation in the field
- Design skills (Corel Draw/Photoshop)
Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing the marketing budget
- Implementing, developing, and coordinating the marketing strategy
- Strengthening and promoting the brand to establish a stable market image
- Identifying and exploring new promotion opportunities
- Organizing various product promotion events in line with the marketing strategy
- Creating promotional materials in accordance with agreed design
- Writing content for promotional materials
- Creating attractive materials and captivating stands to maximize website traffic or company exhibitions
- Periodically sending newsletters to clients
- Creating and managing questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction
- Managing content on the company’s website – updating text and images
