Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician for our partner in the field of medical and technical equipment, located in Târgu Mureș.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently resolving service issues for clients, carrying out maintenance work on time and in accordance with contractual standards.

Requirements:

• Foreign languages: English, Hungarian
• Strong knowledge in electronics, electrotechnics, automation, and computers
• Category B driver’s license
• Availability for frequent travel

Workplace: Târgu Mureș, with travel throughout the country

Responsibilities:

• Developing, monitoring, and timely execution of service contracts and issues for clients
• Traveling to customer sites using the provided means of transportation to commission and perform maintenance services
• Maintaining contact with clients with service contracts or issues, informing them about service procedures and applicable rates
• Installation and commissioning of medical equipment according to specific requirements
