The purpose of the Website is to present and promote jobs in Romania/Europe offered by local/foreign employers and/or requested by potential candidates for recruitment (employees) – services provided by TILLA CONNEXION S.R.L. and contracted through the Website with potential clients (employees/employers) interested in these services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy before using the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you expressly acknowledge the binding nature of these documents and commit to complying with them.
WHO WE ARE
TILLA CONNEXION S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”) is a recruitment agency specialized in identifying the ideal employee for each job. The recruitment agency has approximately 15 years of experience during which recruitment services were focused on finding the right people for vacant jobs in the UK and Ireland. The priority of the recruitment agency is to provide quality services and due to progressive growth over the past 15 years, the agency has now become a key recruitment partner for many local and international companies. Starting from 2022, the recruitment agency’s priorities have increasingly focused on recruiting personnel in Romania for jobs offered by Romanian companies (mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in the country through a personalized approach to find the right candidate for the business objectives) and on the mission to bring as many Romanians from abroad to work at home.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company is the exclusive holder of all intellectual property rights related to the content of the Website, including but not limited to: text articles, photos, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos, and designs. Visitors to the Website may access, download, and print the materials published on the Website for free exclusively for personal use and only for non-commercial purposes. As a result of performing any of these actions, no rights, title, or legitimate interest in the materials published on the Website are transferred to or recognized for the visitors of the Website.
No part of the content of the Website over which the Company has an intellectual property right may be reproduced, distributed, or published in any form or for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
Therefore, visitors to the Website declare that by simply using the Website, they understand and agree not to copy, modify, sell, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create works/derivative works based on the information published on the Website.
TERMS
- Seller/Company – The recruitment agency TILLA CONNEXION S.R.L.
- Visitor – Any natural/legal person interested in the jobs/recruitment services offered by the Company in Romania/Europe and who has access to the content of the Site.
- Client – Any natural person (as an employee) / representative of a legal entity (as an employer) who has access to the specific personnel recruitment services and processes offered by the Company in Romania/Europe through the site and by any communication means provided by it (electronic, telephone, etc.) following direct contacts with the Company’s representatives or completing the contact and appointment forms and subsequent discussions with the Company’s representatives after which a specific contract was concluded between the parties.
- Site – The online store hosted at the web address www.ijcjobs.com;
- Jobs – Jobs promoted by the Company on the Site from Romania/Europe (considering the Position, Location, and Job Category requested/posted by the employee/employer) which will be provided to Clients/partners as a result of the Contract concluded between the parties.
- Commercial Communications / Newsletter – Represents any type of message sent (email, telephone, mobile push, web push, etc.) containing general and thematic information, information about job offers similar or complementary to those mentioned on the website.
- Opinion – Represents a personal evaluation of a Client (employee/employer) served by the Company to communicate whether the jobs promoted (by the latter) met the Client’s requirements/expectations.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using the Website, you agree to:
- Not make any false or fraudulent request for the purpose of contracting jobs in the country/abroad. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have made such a request, we have the right not to respond to it/to inform the competent authorities accordingly.
- Provide us with correct and accurate name and surname, email address, and/or other subjects/messages or contact details, CV, etc. If you do not provide all the information we need, we may not be able to respond to your request.
By using the Website in any way and for any purpose, you declare that you meet the conditions provided by law, namely that you have the legal capacity to enter into legal acts that create obligations for you as set out in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
The mere use of the Website and/or the transmission of a job request – through contact, registration, or additional information forms and the response to this request do not oblige the Company in any way to the Visitor/potential Client and do not represent the conclusion of a contract between the Company and the Visitor/potential Client.
Through the Website, the Company invites the Website Visitor and the potential Client (employee/employer) to contract various jobs promoted by the Company.
Thus, by clicking on the “Jobs” section and/or clicking on the “Search for a Job” button – the Visitor or potential Client can complete the specific form by entering the Function, Location, and Job Category searched/requested, and by clicking on the “Advanced search” button can view the identified/posted options on the site. Likewise, the Visitor or potential Client can learn how the selection process takes place and can apply for one of the jobs posted in this section by clicking on the “See details” button next to each job.
Similarly, by clicking on one of the buttons in the lower-left corner of the website (the “Jobs in Romania” and/or “Jobs in Europe” buttons) all identified/posted job options on the site can be viewed.
By clicking on the “Post a Job” button, the hiring company can present its job offer by completing certain details about the respective job (company name, phone number, email address, job title, brief job description, requirements, location, salary, working hours) and clicking on the “Submit” button at the end.
By clicking on the “FAQ” section and the subsections “Companies,” “Jobs in Romania,” and “Jobs in Europe,” the Visitor or potential Client obtains information regarding recruitment and workforce intermediation (e.g., duration of the recruitment process, what costs are involved in using recruitment services, any initial fees to be paid to identify a suitable job, benefits, job offer fields, what documents are needed to apply for a job, how to submit the application, how the selection process takes place, how long it takes to receive a response from the employer, with whom the employment contract is signed, etc.).
By clicking on the “Little Man” icon in the upper-right corner, Visitors/Potential Clients can create a User Account/register as candidates to apply for the jobs posted on the site.
Visitors/Potential Clients can contact the Company – by completing specific contact forms (for employees, for employers, to request additional information) or by using any of the contact details published on the Website and provided in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions for the purpose of negotiations and concluding a service contract in this regard. In this contract, all the essential elements of its conclusion according to the law but also specific ones such as the obligations and rights of the Parties, the price of the contracted services, guarantees, liability, etc. will be established.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company does not assume any liability for any kind of damage that the Website Visitor, potential Client, or any other third party may suffer as a result of using the Website in any way or for any purpose or as a result of the Company’s compliant fulfillment of any of the legal and/or contractual obligations incumbent upon it.
The Visitor/potential Client will use the services offered through the Website entirely at their own risk. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information transferred/received through the Website and for processing it in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
The information of any kind presented through the Website is provided by the Company in the form and content in which it was received or taken over without modifications.
The Company does not guarantee and does not assume liability regarding the correctness, accuracy, or timeliness of any of this information.
