TILLA CONNEXION S.R.L. (hereinafter the “Company” or “We”) is a recruitment agency specializing in identifying the ideal employee for each job. The recruitment agency has about 15 years of experience during which recruitment services were focused on finding suitable people for vacant jobs in the UK. The priority of the recruitment agency is to provide quality services, and due to the progressive growth over the last 15 years, the agency has become a key recruitment partner for many local and international companies. Since 2022, the recruitment agency’s priorities have increasingly focused on recruiting staff in Romania for jobs offered by Romanian companies (mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in the country through a personalized approach to find the right candidate for business objectives) and on the mission to bring as many Romanians back from abroad to work at home.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company, in its capacity as a Data Controller, processes the personal data of the data subjects (candidates applying for available positions in Romania/Europe, employers/clients, legal entities, contractual partners, collaborators, and other natural persons who interact with the Company and/or are involved in contractual relationships with it).

WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
In the context of staff recruitment for available jobs in Romania/Europe (section “Contact” – Contact for employees) on the website www.ijcjobs.com, we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, subject, image (photo), video, professional title, location, skills, education level, foreign languages, links to profiles available on social networks, any other personal data provided at the initiative of the data subject in the sub-section “Please leave us a short message,” and other personal data arising from information contained in the CV or cover letter submitted or other data concerning the potential candidate (professional references, diplomas, and study certificates).
In the context of establishing contacts with employers – to promote available jobs at these employers (section “Contact” – Contact for employers) on the website www.ijcjobs.com, we process the following types of personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, subject, any other personal data provided at the initiative of the data subject in the sub-section “Please leave us a short message.”
To obtain additional information about the jobs offered by the Company (section “Contact” – Do you have other questions? For the conclusion and execution of service and partnership/collaboration contracts with Clients/partner companies, we primarily process the following types of personal data: company name, VAT/CIF number, registration number in the Trade Register, full address of the office, email address, phone number. The employer’s company name, phone number, email address, job title, brief job description, requirements, location, salary, and work schedule.
To create a User Account (the “Little Man” icon in the top right corner of the homepage) and log in as a candidate interested in a job, we process your username or email address, and then you need to enter a password and click the “Register” button.
To post a job by the employer (the “Post a Job” button in the top right corner of the homepage), we process the following data of the employing company: company name, phone number, email address, job title, brief job description, job requirements, location, salary, and work schedule. After uploading this data, click the “Submit” button.
Contact with the Company’s representatives (for more information about the jobs promoted on the website www.ijcjobs.com) can also be made directly using the email address and/or one of the phone numbers posted on the website in the “Contact” section (distinct phone numbers for employees and employers).

We do not use your personal data to send you marketing communications such as Newsletters unless you expressly consent to such communications by checking a consent box. Personal data are stored for processing for the duration necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in this Policy or for the period required by law (e.g., for archiving, accounting, etc.).
TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
We will not disclose or transfer any of your personal data collected from you or about you to any third party except:
- Public authorities and institutions – when there is a legal obligation in this regard or for a legitimate interest (defending the Company’s rights in contentious or non-contentious proceedings, etc.).

- Any third party – if you have expressly and specifically consented to the respective situation and the respective data.
If the personal data processed by the Company are transferred by it directly or through its contractual partners/partners/collaborators outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that these transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR (especially Article 46 of the GDPR), applicable legal provisions, based on appropriate guarantees (standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission) and provided that there are enforceable rights and effective remedies for the data subjects.
